If the building is less than 6 years old, we can conduct a defect assessment and provide an expert witness report on the Strata complex to determine which items are Strata maintenance and which items form part of the builders remedial obligations.
We can liase with the builder and Building Commission to assist in the dispute resolution process. If required we can attend the State Administrative Tribunal or Magistrates, District or Supreme Court as an expert witness during mediation, expert conferral or the final hearing.
We can assist you by investigating defects, defining the scope of remedial works required, tendering the works out and Project Managing or inspecting the remedial works.
