Strata Maintenance Assessments

We can provide an assessment of your Strata complex to detail a maintenance plan over a 10-year period, incorporating the scope of proposed works and cost budgets required.

If the building is less than 6 years old, we can conduct a defect assessment and provide an expert witness report on the Strata complex to determine which items may form part of the builders remedial obligations and which items are considered Owners  maintenance. 

We can liase with the builder and Building Commission to assist in the dispute resolution process. If required we can attend the State Administrative Tribunal or other Court jurisdiction as an expert witness during mediation, expert conferral or the final hearing. 

We can assist you by investigating defects, defining the scope of remedial works required, Preparing Tender Documents and Project Managing the remedial works.
